- Dr. Mazin Shikara has been practicing medicine and caring for patients since 1991.

MR. RAUL PUENTE, MBA - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Raul Puente is the Chief Operating Officer of Medical Consultants Management, providing executive leadership over operational strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives. He oversees the development and execution of systems, policies, and workflows that drive organizational efficiency and support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across governmental, commercial, and individual health programs. His leadership ensures operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with Medical Consultants Management’s strategic vision.
MR. ALI ALMAGHAZCHI - VICE PRESIDENT CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Mr. Ali AlMaghazchi serves as Vice President of Corporate Affairs, overseeing enterprise-wide strategic planning and corporate governance. With dual degrees in Accounting and Information Technology, he brings a unique blend of financial acumen and technical expertise to the organization. His extensive corporate experience, strong attention to detail, and focus on regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement play a critical role in driving organizational performance, growth, and long-term success.
MR. JORGE SILVA, MBA - DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Mr. Silva brings extensive experience in accounting, revenue management, and performance optimization, with deep expertise in MRA and HEDIS programs. He plays a key role in strategic leadership and organizational growth. Prior to joining our team, Mr. Silva served at UnitedHealthcare as a Finance Provider Consultant and Senior Risk Performance Advocate, where he led multiple initiatives focused on improving financial and clinical performance outcomes.
MR. EARL BAGAN, BBA, JD - COMPLIANCE & CONTRACTING
Mr. Earl Bagan serves as the organization’s Director of Compliance and Contracting, overseeing regulatory compliance, contract administration, and governance to ensure operational integrity and organizational alignment.
ANGELA WRIGHT - DIRECTOR PROVIDER RELATIONS- CENTRAL FLORIDA
Ms. Angela Wright is the Director of Provider Relations for Medical Consultants Management and MCM ACO. She has over 25 years of experience in the Provider Relations space, focusing on Physician Value Based Risk contracting, physician engagement and performance.
JESSICA PERAZA - DIRECTOR PROVIDER RELATIONS- SOUTH FLORIDA
Mrs. Jessica Peraza is the Director of Provider Relations for Medical Consultants Management and MCM ACO, overseeing the South Florida area. She has over 5 years of experience in the Provider Relations space.
KATHERYN GONZALEZ - PROVIDER RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Ms. Katheryn Gonzalez is the Provider Relations Specialist for Medical Consultants Management and MCM ACO, covering Miami-Dade, Broward, and parts of Palm Beach County. She has been a great asset to the Team.
