As Founder, President and CEO of Medical Consultants Management, LLC, Dr. Mazin Shikara has been practicing medicine and caring for patients since 1991.  He has a Masters of Science in Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology, completed training in England as a member of the Royal College of Physicians as well as training in Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Shikara is a Board-Certified Physician by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). 

Mr. Raul Puente is our Chief Operating Officer and is involved in the execution of various strategic projects aimed to deliver the most comprehensive patient care for governmental, commercial, and individual health programs. He is responsible for developing and implementing procedures and systems both internally and externally to streamline all work-flow processes. 

Mr. Ali AlMaghazchi, our Vice President of Corporate Affairs, overseeing strategic planning and governance. With dual degrees in Accounting and IT, he brings a unique skill set to his role. Ali's extensive corporate experience and attention to detail ensure regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder engagement, driving our success and growth.

 Mr. Silva has vast experience in the accounting, revenue management (MRA & Hedis) space and plays a significant role in strategic leadership. Mr. Silva worked at United Healthcare as a Finance Provider Consultant and Sr. Risk Performance Advocate in conjunction with a variety of roles for increasing performance. 

Mr. Earl Bagan Serves as the organization's primary Director of Compliance and Contracting.

Ms. Angela Wright is the Director of Provider Relations for Medical Consultants Management and MCM ACO.  She has over 25 years of experience in the Provider Relations space, focusing on Physician Value Based Risk contracting, physician engagement and performance.  

Mrs. Jessica Peraza is the Manager of Provider Relations for Medical Consultants Management and MCM ACO covering the South Florida area. She has over 5 years of experience in the Provider Relations space.
